Warehouse Receiving: Unloading of goods from truck/shipping container. Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies. Verify/tally goods against delivery documents.
Warehouse Storage: Properly label and stock in parts to the respective storage location. Utilisation of equipment (e.g. pallet jack, stacker and forklift).
Inventory Management: Inventory count and working with WMS or ERP.
Order picking and packing for internal production or shipping.
Performing any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Prior experience in warehouse operations or manual handling is preferred.
Proficient in using warehouse tools and equipment such as pallet jacks, stackers or forklifts.
Physically able to perform manual work (e.g. lifting, carrying, standing) safely, medical clearance may be required based on job scope.
Basic computer skills, experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
Understanding of workplace safety standards and commitment to following all safety protocols.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly and report issues promptly.
Willing to perform manual labour and support overtime work when operationally required.
This position is offered on a 6-month contract, with potential for renewal or conversion to a permanent role subject to satisfactory performance and organizational requirements.
