Position: Warehouse Operations Executive

Salary Range: SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,000

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Rest Day: 1.5 day per week

Key Responsibilities

Accurately and promptly key in warehouse operation data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Inventory system.

Update the SAP system daily.

Process sales orders on a daily basis.

Receive, move, check, and store incoming goods as well as in-stock goods.

Manage barcoding, tagging, and labeling of inventory/stocks.

Dispatch delivery orders to the operations crew.

Perform daily picking, packing, and transportation arrangements.

Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly stock take perform reconciliation of stock discrepancies.

Monitor inventory levels and movement.

Maintain proper filing of warehouse documentation and equipment servicing records.

Ensure all warehouse/storage areas are kept clean, tidy, and free of clutter.

Carry heavy items (more than 15kg) as required.

Support the Operations and Warehouse departments with other related duties.

Assist the Operations Manager with ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

Familiarity with SAP Inventory System (mandatory).

Possess a valid Forklift License.

Physically fit to handle heavy goods ( 15kg).

Relevant warehouse/operations experience preferred.
