Job Description

Perform daily store operations such as receiving, storage, handling, picking, and packaging of goods
Manages daily flow of goods and storage location and monitor housekeeping of warehouse.
Plan and coordinate staff scheduling including delivery routes, mobile service arrangement and overtime assignment.
Manage walk-in customers by providing support and assistance.
Conduct periodic cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy at all times.
Conduct regular appraisal and setting KPIs of warehouse employees
Trains and supervises warehouse employees, providing guidance and support to increase productivity.
Implementation and participation in new inventory management system projects, where applicable.
Review and drive continuous improvement activities to ensure efficient utilisation of warehouse space, pallet racking and resources.
Manage and coordinate maintenance or repair needs of motor vehicles and equipment.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
