Warehouse Executive

The Food Bank Singapore is a food charity-of-choice dedicated to fighting hunger and reducing food wastage in Singapore. Established in 2012, our mission is to bridge the gap between those with excess food and those in need, providing a sustainable solution to hunger.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Executive to join our team at The Food Bank Singapore. This full-time, on-site role will involve managing food donations, purchased food items, warehouse operations, and volunteer engagement, all while ensuring efficient logistics and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Donation Management.
• Purchased Food Management.
• Warehouse Operations & Housekeeping.
• Volunteer & Stakeholder Engagement.
• Logistics & Last-Mile Delivery.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 20kg.
• Fluency in English and familiarity with other languages spoken in Singapore is preferred.
• Prior experience in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Tertiary or equivalent would be a plus.
• Class 3 Driver's License would be a plus.
