Warehouse Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Executive to support our logistics and supply chain operations in the fast-paced robotics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching components, tools, and finished robotic systems while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

.Receive and inspect incoming shipments of robotic components and materials, ensuring accuracy against delivery orders.

.Properly store materials and parts in designated areas while maintaining labelling and traceability standards.

.Pick, pack, and prepare items for internal production use or external delivery to clients, vendors, or service sites.

.Coordinate closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure timely material availability.

.Perform regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

.Update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP system.

.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment according to lean principles.

.Assist with outbound shipment arrangements, including liaising with logistics partners and preparing shipping documents.

.Handle sensitive, high-value, and fragile robotic equipment with care.

.Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements within the warehouse.
