- Oversee daily receiving and issuing activities, including inventory and goods storage, to ensure an efficient, reliable, timely, and cost-effective supply chain.
- Optimizing labor and resources to meet targets for delivery on-times to production, inventory levels, warehousing costs, and service standards. Waste management - scrap sales and toxic waste management.
- Support the manager in leading and developing the logistics team to ensure efficient resource use and achieve department goals.
- Support the manager in maintaining departmental systems, including the Certification System, ensuring all workflows align with established processes.
- All receiving and issuing of materials must be updated in the system daily. Conduct safety briefing on a daily basis, safe work on forklift/truck driving activities.
- Ensure all store members including contract staff compliance to safety rules & regulation with zero tolerance.
- Ensure store assistants follow the organization's international accreditation management system and update work standards as needed.

- Assist Manager to manage, control and operate meeting the corporate Governance compliance.
Requirements:
- Diploma in logistic/warehousing - 3 years of warehousing experience with supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Skilled in computer application & Microsoft Offices.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess a valid forklift license preferably
