Responsibilities:
- Lead and support activities within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector.
- Identify, engage, and secure new customers to expand business opportunities.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing customers and vendors.
- Provide customer support on product quality and logistics matters.
- Oversee supply chain coordination between vendors and customers.
- Carry out other sales and marketing tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Sales discipline.
- At least 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the EMS industry.
- Exposure to selling electronic components and equipment will be advantageous.
- Strong passion for sales and business development, self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
