Responsibilities of overseeing both warehouse operations and production activities within a small scale manufacturing facility.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure accurate stock counts and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinating with logistics providers and ensuring proper documentation.
- Collaborate with production planning teams to schedule production runs based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
- Lead and motivate production team members, assigning tasks, providing training, and performance management.
- Track and analyze production metrics (output, downtime, scrap rate) to identify areas for improvement and report to management.
- 3- 5 Years experience in both warehouse management and production supervision roles.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and production planning tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
