- Inspect and verify the quantity of received goods as per Purchase/Delivery Orders, Invoices, or other relevant documentation.
- Promptly report any damage or missing items to a superior during inspection.
- Ensure that regulatory documents (e.g., from SFA, Customs) for imported goods are available upon receipt.
- Store received goods in designated areas according to their temperature requirements to maintain cold chain control when necessary.
- Accurately update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System and manual documentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment through regular housekeeping.
- Assist with stock-taking and inventory counts.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by a superior.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Logistic Assistant/Storekeeper HACCP/ISO/MUIS certification is preferred.
- GCE N Level or higher, with basic computer skills.
- Capable of handling heavy parcels/packages and operating heavy equipment.
