Warehouse Assistant

Salary: SGD 2,000-2,500 (Basic) + Allowances + AWS + VB

Location: Changi

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM (5.5 days)

We are looking for a warehouse assistant responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including order fulfilment, inventory handling, and delivery activities. This role requires adherence to operational procedures, and accuracy in order processing.

Job Description:

1. Support and execute daily warehouse operations in accordance with company procedures and standards.

2. Perform order fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, and preparation of goods for dispatch.

3. Load and unload goods onto and from containers/lorries, ensuring proper handling and accuracy of quantities.

4. Verify that all goods correspond with delivery orders and invoices prior to dispatch

5. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customer premises in good condition

6. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage within the warehouse

7. Comply with all workplace safety, health, and operational policies at all times

8. Perform any other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Company

Requirements:

1. Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin

2. Computer literate with basic operational competency

3. Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license and forklift license is advantageous

4. Physically fit and able to handle manual loading and unloading of goods when required
