Job Summary
You will receive, check, and store incoming goods, pick and pack orders, print airway bills, process shipments, handle returns, replenish stock, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and assist with stock counting and inventory control to support efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods accurately to maintain inventory integrity
- Pick and pack orders efficiently to fulfill customer shipments on time
- Print airway bills and process shipment orders to ensure correct dispatch documentation
- Handle returned items by inspecting and processing them for restocking or disposal
- Replenish stock on shelves to maintain optimal inventory levels for order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Assist in stock counting and inventory control to support accurate stock records
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic computer literacy to operate warehouse systems and print labels
- Physically fit to perform manual warehouse duties safely and effectively
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to collaborate well within a team
- Prior warehouse or e-commerce experience to contribute to operational efficiency
