Job Summary
You will operate converting machinery and assist with warehouse duties to support production schedules and maintain quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate converting machinery following detailed work instructions to ensure safe and efficient production
- Complete assigned tasks promptly to meet daily production schedules and targets
- Monitor and maintain machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure operational readiness
- Follow quality and safety standards consistently to maintain a safe work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in production and warehouse areas to uphold good housekeeping standards
- Participate in stock count activities accurately to support inventory management
- Adapt to job rotation by operating different machinery and assisting in warehouse tasks as needed
- Commit to overtime work when required to meet production demands
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in production or warehouse operations is preferred training will be provided regardless of experience. Candidates without experience are also welcome to apply.
- Possess N level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in any discipline
- Holding a forklift license or Class 3 license is a bonus
- Basic competency in math calculations is helpful
