Warehouse Assistant

The Warehouse Assistant is to support warehouse operations by ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, kitting, and dispatch of materials and finished goods, while maintaining inventory accuracy, workplace organization, and compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards to support efficient production and customer delivery requirements.

Key Area Responsibilities

. Report to the Store Supervisor and ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines.

. Receive, organize, and store incoming materials, and coordinate the dispatch of outgoing finished goods.

. Maintain good housekeeping practices through adherence to 5S standards and ensure stock cards are updated accurately and promptly.

. Ensure accurate kitting of materials to support production requirements.

. Assist with the delivery and shipment of finished goods, verifying that all required documentation is complete and accurate before dispatch.

. Participate in stock-taking activities and promptly report any inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.

Requirements

. O Level or equivalent qualification

. Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or logistics

. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.

. Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks and work effectively in a team environment.

. Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.

. Comply with company policies, safety requirements, and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.
