As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks related to order picking, packaging, material handling, inventory control, order fulfillment, and stock replenishment. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform order picking and packaging tasks accurately and efficiently
- Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage or loss
- Maintain inventory control by organizing and storing items in designated areas
- Assist in order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping
- Monitor stock levels and perform stock replenishment activities
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Utilize warehouse management systems and other tools to track and record inventory movements
- Other Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- No formal education required on-the-job training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving heavy items up to 25KG
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packaging
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
