Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Assistant & General Workshop Caretaker to support daily warehouse and workshop operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and able to work well both independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Duties
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery or internal use
- Assist in stocktaking and inventory checks
- Organize warehouse shelves, tools, and materials
- Support loading and unloading activities
- Work with internal teams and delivery personnel
- Assist in basic documentation (delivery orders, stock movement forms, etc.)
Workshop Caretaking
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workshop areas
- Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of tools, equipment and fixtures
- Assist technicians with simple tasks when required
- Manage safe disposal of waste and support recycling efforts
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary School education
- Experience in warehouse or workshop operations is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to carry moderate loads
- Responsible, punctual, and detailoriented
- Able to work independently and as a team
Other Considerations
- Full-time, on-site in Loyang Crescent (Loyang Offshore Supply Base)
- Warehouse and workshop environment
- 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Overtime is rare and only required under exceptional operational needs
- Company bus provided from/to Ang Mo Kio MRT (7:05am), Hougang Ave 3 (7:20am), Pasir Ris MRT (7:30am)
