Job Summary
You will manage customer orders and support warehouse operations by ensuring accurate goods handling, proper storage, and inventory control while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately to support daily warehouse operations
- Inspect goods to confirm correct quantity and good condition before storage or dispatch
- Follow standard operating procedures consistently to maintain operational quality and safety
- Load goods according to customer instructions to ensure correct delivery preparation
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks to facilitate smooth logistics
- Store products properly to maintain quality and accessibility
- Perform housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse clean and safe
- Conduct inventory checks and stock counts to maintain accurate stock records
- Lift and handle goods safely, including bulky cartons up to 20kg, to support warehouse tasks
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently and reliably
- Support occasional tasting and sales activities at stores to enhance customer engagement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Forklift license is a bonus (not required)
