Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Administrative Support
. Oversee warehouse administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and document control.
. Ensure timely and accurate data entry of customer invoices.
. Support daily order processing and coordinate with logistics on local deliveries.
. Monitor and update stock inventory records regularly.
. Conduct periodic inventory checks and report discrepancies.
Halal / MUIS Certification Matters
. Ensure timely application and renewal of Halal certificates.
. Coordinate with halal certification bodies and ensure compliance with halal standards.
. Update Halal status in the master list
. Maintain up-to-date records of all halal documents.
. Attend to internal and external Halal-related queries
Employee Engagement & Learning and Development
. Support execution of programmes, initiatives and survey to improve employee engagement and well-being workshops and programmes
. Collate employee feedback and suggestions on organisation's employee engagement and wellness initiatives
. Support and develop training plan, delivery methods, sourcing for training providers, gathering feedback and analysing data to measure effectiveness of learning outcomes
. Coordinate and continuously improve the orientation and onboarding program for new hires, ensuring a structured and engaging induction experience.
