Job Description
Requirements
- Monday - Friday 830/9am to 6pm
- Open to OT only if required.
- Preferably 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow structured procedures.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process inbound goods, cartons, records, and materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Handle physical records, files, and media securely, following strict chain-of-custody and security protocols.
- Sort, store, and organize products or documents in designated warehouse locations.
- Conduct inventory checks, cycle counts, and report discrepancies or damaged items.
- Operate warehouse equipment (trolleys, pallet jacks, scanners; training provided).
- Prepare items for secure destruction or disposal when required.
- Support loading and unloading of shipments while ensuring safe handling.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with SOPs.
- Assist with replenishment, stock rotation, and accurate stock reporting.
