Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Take and deliver drink/food orders accurately and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables and service areas
- Support daily operations including opening and closing duties
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries courteously
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a customer-service mindset
- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided)
