Job Summary

Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage service in the Coffeehouse, ensuring tables, side stations, and service areas are clean, well-prepared, and maintained according to hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables according to service standards.
• Greet and seat guests courteously take and serve orders promptly.
• Recommend menu and beverage items and attend to guest requests.
• Ensure cleanliness of crockery, cutlery, and side stations.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Present and close bills upon guest request.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold service quality at all times.
