• Engage guests actively to create memorable hospitality experiences beyond basic service
• Manage the atmosphere and energy of the dining and bar areas to maintain a positive and refined vibe
• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless service without ego, focusing on execution
• Learn and master the menu offerings and the technology behind the Point of Sale (POS) system to enhance service efficiency
• Demonstrate consistent reliability by arriving prepared and contributing to team performance every shift
