WAITER SUPERVISOR

Job Duties

1. Delivering excellent customer service
2. Ensure smooth operations to achieve good customer satisfaction
3. Taking orders, serving of beverages to customers
4. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas.

Job Requirement

1. At least 2 years relavant working experience
2. Able to work on Weekends and PH
3. Able to work in fast-pace environment.
4. Able to stand long time.
5. Able to do everything when manpower is not enough. Including clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping)
6. Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
7. Familiarity with restaurant management software/ POS
8. Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
