Job Summary

Join our Italian restaurant and pizzeria team as floor staff to deliver excellent customer service, assist with orders, prepare drinks, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with management and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner to enhance their dining experience
• Use the POS system accurately to process customer orders and payments efficiently
• Learn the menu thoroughly and explain dishes clearly to customers to assist their choices
• Prepare drinks following established recipes and hygiene standards
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe dining environment
• Collaborate effectively with the manager and chef to ensure smooth daily operations
• Work flexible hours as a part-timer on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays or full-time from Tuesday to Sunday
