WAITER SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the service team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Train, guide, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly
• Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and overall dining standards
• Assist in staff scheduling and performance management
• Support management in implementing service policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within F&B or hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
