Job Description
- Manage daily operations, accounting, and financial matters of F&B stalls.
- Supervise employees to ensure compliance with established standards and policies.
- Identify and resolve operational or staff-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure adherence to established procedures.
- Train, guide, and support staff in their job responsibilities.
- Ensure strict compliance with operational procedures, hygiene regulations, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for employees.
- Oversee F&B store operations to ensure excellent service delivery in a cost-effective and profitable manner.
- Address customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and maintain service quality.
- Assist in ordering, receiving, and stocking F&B products.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to the F&B Manager.
- Conduct monthly stock-taking activities.
- Carry out regular maintenance checks for F&B equipment.
- Assist in the operations of PSD or other F&B events as assigned by the F&B Manager.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the F&B, Hospitality, or Tourism industry.
- Confident, well-groomed, and professional.
- Proven experience in leading, training, and motivating team members.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently.
- Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
