A Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. This includes greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and managing payments, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Customer Service:
1. Greeting Guests:
. Welcome guests promptly and guide them to their tables.
2. Order Taking:
. Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and provide recommendations.
. Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
3. Serving:
. Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly to guests.
. Ensure all orders meet quality and presentation standards.
Table Management:
1. Prepping and Cleaning:
. Set up tables with appropriate cutlery, napkins, and decorations.
. Clear and reset tables quickly for the next guests.
2. Monitoring:
. Regularly check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs.
Sales and Upselling:
1. Recommendations:
. Suggest daily specials, signature dishes, and complementary beverages to enhance the dining experience.
2. Upselling:
. Encourage guests to try additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, or premium beverages.
Payment Handling:
1. Billing:
. Present bills promptly, process payments, and provide correct change.
2. POS System:
. Operate the POS system efficiently and ensure accurate order entry.
