Responsibilities

1)Guest Service:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and ingredients.

Offer personalized recommendations for food and beverages.

Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any concerns or complaints.

Order Taking and Service:

Take accurate food and drink orders tablet.

Serve food and drinks efficiently and correctly.

Handle bottle service if applicable to the club's offerings.

Payment and Transactions:

Present bills to customers and accurately process cash and card payments.

Handle tip distribution and accurately manage payment transactions.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and bar staff.

Collaborate with other staff to ensure a smooth service.

2)Customer Service:

A friendly and positive attitude is essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Communication:

The ability to listen actively and communicate effectively with guests

Ensuring orders are accurate, tables are clean, and all guest needs are met.

Time Management:

Efficiently managing time to serve guests promptly and complete all duties.

salary: sgd 3000-sgd 5000+++( depands of the experience)

working hours: 2pm-2am
