VSAT Engineer

Job Description:
- Monitor, operate, and maintain VSAT terminals and satellite communication links.
- Troubleshoot faults in antennas, modems, and IP networks.
- Ensure reliable connectivity for ATC, airport operations, and passenger services.
- Provide backup communications during outages and emergencies.
- Maintain compliance, documentation, and service logs.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering / IT
- Experience with VSAT systems and RF/satellite communications is highly preferably
- IP networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, VPNs)
- Flexible to work shifts/on-call support (24/7)
- Good learning and working attitude
- Good problem-solving and communication skills

Compensation:
- Work location: Changi Village
- Working hours: 12 hours shift (8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am)
- Standby allowance
- Training provided
