Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned tasks and escalate issues during periods of high workload or escalation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to process warranty claims and handle Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) of failed hardware devices.
- Use process knowledge and sound judgment to complete tasks independently.
- Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems (e.g., CMDB, asset repositories).
- Perform physical inventory tracking, staging, and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
- Conduct secure destruction of data-bearing devices (DBD) per SLAs and company policies.
- Inform management of stock shortages and escalate issues as necessary.
- Adhere to company security and data management policies at all times.
Requirements
- ITE Nitec / Higher Nitec or Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse/supply chain management within an IT environment, inventory management, retail, or related sectors.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights, with or without equipment assistance.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) to support regional and global teams.
- A proactive desire to learn, develop, and enhance technical and operational skills.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently and escalating issues when needed.
- Familiarity with inventory management or asset management systems is a plus.
Work Location: North / West.
Working Hours: 830am to 530pm
