VP/SVP/Director, Private Credit, Fund Services

Our client is an established fund administration with a strong presence globally. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for VP/SVP/Director covering Private Credit / Private Debt Fund Services and the position is based in Singapore.

• Manage fund accounting/administration services to private credit funds clients and help to manage the day-to-day operations.
• Prepare and Review of Net Asset Value calculation and reportings.
• Coordinate investor servicing activities. Including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and other investor reportings.
• Coordinate processing of payments and other transactions
• Liaise with clients and ensure client deliverables are met and aligned with service quality
• Prepare and review of financial statements and footnotes for audit purpose
• Provide guidance to junior colleagues
• Liase with banks, auditors, brokers and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery to clients and timely completion of deliverables
• Liaise with other teams to assist in new funds on-boarding
• Other fund accounting related duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other disciplines. Accounting qualification is preferred
• At least 8 years of fund accounting/ Fund admin experience in Private Credit / Private Debt Funds
• Strong technical knowledge in private credit
• Strong client servicing and relationship management with clients
• Good experience in leading and guiding team members
• Motivated, collaborative, good communication skills
