Our client is a prestigious, growth-oriented financial institution expanding its loan and private credit footprint in the region. The team is looking for a Director level, Operational Deputy Lead for their Loan Operations team.

Drive complex loan administration and middle-office operations, steering both local and offshore teams to ensure operational resilience and key transaction delivery.

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of bilateral, syndicated, and private credit financing structures.

• Lead and mentor multi-tiered operations teams, maintaining high service delivery standards and strong team accountability.

• Validate complex multi-party calculations, fee structures, interest allocations, and asset transfers.

• Enhance operational risk frameworks, maker-checker governance, and audit readiness across all business activities.

• Spearhead continuous process improvements, system migration testing, and automated operational initiatives.

skills and experience required.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.

• At least 12 in corporate loan servicing, trade settlements, or private credit middle-office management.

• Strong leadership capabilities with established experience managing operational professionals.

• Deep knowledge of credit documentation standards, debt financing instruments, and settlement systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to navigate stakeholder relationships effectively.
