Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver data centre projects, from planning and design to construction and commissioning.
- Oversee greenfield and brownfield DC developments, including site selection, consultant engagement, and project execution.
- Drive innovation by researching and implementing new engineering technologies and construction methods to improve efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders to prepare business cases, budgets, and project documentation.
- Ensure energy, water, and waste efficiency initiatives are implemented across new and existing DCs.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top engineering and project management talent to foster a high-performance culture.
- Participate in strategic planning with cross-functional teams to align engineering outcomes with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 10 years in DC development and engineering.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Expertise in M&E systems, design requirements, fault analysis, and complex engineering problem-solving (e.g., cooling, power).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
- Solid financial acumen to oversee project costs and budgets.
