Our client is building a core piece of the new financial internet, and they&aposre looking for a strategic leader to architect the growth of our protocol&aposs global network. This role is for a natural connector and strategist who understands that the value of a network is its interconnectedness. You will be the driving force behind our integration into the broader Web3 world, building the relationships that will define our future success.
What You Will Achieve:
- Architect Our Growth Engine: You will design and deploy the master plan for our protocol&aposs expansion. Your primary objective will be to increase on-chain activity and utility by forging deep, meaningful connections across the entire Web3 landscape.
- Forge High-Impact Alliances: You will source, negotiate, and manage pivotal relationships with key playersfrom leading DeFi protocols and Layer-1/Layer-2 platforms to institutional partners and major wallet providers. You are the chief architect of our partnership ecosystem.
- Cultivate a Thriving Community: You&aposll champion initiatives that attract and retain developers and passionate users. This includes overseeing developer outreach, technical workshops, and community ambassador programs that transform passive participants into active contributors.
- Drive Global Adoption & Be Our Voice: You will act as a key evangelist for our protocol. This means representing us at global conferences, building our reputation as an industry leader, and identifying new markets and use cases to propel our mission forward.
- Measure What Matters: You will establish and track the key performance indicators that define ecosystem health. Your data-driven insights will inform leadership and ensure our strategic efforts are yielding tangible, measurable results.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years in a business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth role within the Web3/crypto space.
- Deep fluency in the mechanics of decentralized finance (DeFi), protocol infrastructure, and on-chain economics
- A robust, existing network of contacts across DeFi projects, venture capital, and major blockchain foundations is a powerful asset.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts, negotiate effectively, and build consensus with both engineering and business-oriented audiences.
- A passionate, entrepreneurial mindset with a relentless drive to build, innovate, and see a project through from strategy to execution.
- While a formal education in a related field is helpful, your real-world experience and a demonstrable track record of success are what we value most.
