VP/Director, Financing Solutions - Major Financial Institution

This major financial institution is continuing its strong growth trajectory across Asia. A new headcount, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven and highly motivated individual to assume a financing solutions role, responsible for originating transactions and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

You will contribute to the development of a regional product strategy that aligns with corporate banking client needs and sector priorities, including infrastructure, energy, real estate, TMT and industrials. This mandate includes delivering bespoke financing solutions to clients and actively originating structured and specialized lending opportunities across ASEAN and key markets in Asia. Partnering corporate bankers and product specialists, you will identify market trends, uncover business opportunities, anticipate asset quality risks and design financing strategies across project finance, leveraged buyouts, acquisition finance, loan syndications and club deals. You will lead transactions end-to-end, engaging with external deal parties and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has strong academic credentials and at least 10 years of relevant experience in financial services, with a proven track record in executing structured and specialized finance transactions. You bring deep sector knowledge, familiarity with ASEAN markets, cross-border financing expertise and an established client and banking network. Key requirements include strong structuring capabilities, sound regulatory knowledge, a solid understanding of credit and risk management and robust knowledge of market terms and syndication processes in this region. A driven, independent, and dynamic professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, you work effectively across functions and geographies. Your ability to lead cross-border initiatives and enhance regional connectivity and performance is crucial to the success of this role.
