Collaborate closely with business auditors to understand their analytics requirements, and work with our LOBT to design data analytics solutions to address those needs, including rule based analytics, traditional AI/ML and GenAI/Agentic
Support the full lifecycle activities, including requirement gathering, development, deployment and post-deployment monitoring
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional/location teams to drive analytics and tools adoption
Participate in building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders, communicate analytical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering understanding and adoption
Ensure adherence to internal policies/standards and regulatory requirements
Requirement
Master/Bachelor in Computer Science, Business Analytics or other related disciplines
At least 5 years of experience in managing and delivering data analytics projects
Experience in developing AI/ML and/or GenAI solutions
Experience with data engineering using Python / SQL / Spark / Pandas
Experience with Tableau for dashboard development
Knowledge of banking industry and internal audit function is a plus
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
