Job Description & Requirements
Big Tech company is seeking a Data Scientist based in Singapore and working reviewing and analysing data, training data, generating insights, and driving improvements in search and recommendation systems. You'll collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Engineers, playing a key role in refining and enhancing Music, Podcasts and TV's user experience.
The Position:
- Ensure data quality is maintained at high standards and continually enhance processes based on both quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Quality assurance reviewing, verifying, editing, scoring, transcribing, copywriting, and reporting on data and/or assets across a broad scope of media and content types.
- Generating detailed reports that analyze issues and patterns for your market, offering insights to managers, statisticians, and engineers
- Analyzing metrics and query logs to identify and resolve data and relevance issues
The Candidate:
- At least 1-4 years overall experience as a Data Analyst
- Data Visualization/dashboarding (Tableau or PowerBI experience)
- Python experience is a must
- LLM (Large language models) is required
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin is required as you'll be commutating with Internal stakeholders & external - media companies that are based in China.
- Relevant experience and familiarity with China's music, film, and media landscape, including applicable cultural context, are necessary to perform this role effectively
