Work Hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon-Thu), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to recruit and retain committed volunteers.
- Oversee end-to-end volunteer administration, including registration, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Organise and coordinate volunteer training sessions and engagement activities.
- Plan and manage logistics for volunteer events and programmes.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and submissions related to volunteer initiatives.
- Maintain and update the volunteer database.
- Review and update volunteer policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Social Work, or related field
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Comfortable to work with concurrent deadlines
