Volunteer Management Executive

• Salary up to S$4,000/month
• 1-year contract with renewal/conversion (subject to performance and manpower needs)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
• Working location: East, walking distance from MRT

A leading community healthcare organisation is seeking a Volunteer ManagementExecutive to drive volunteer engagement and support impactful programmes and events for seniors and the wider community.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full volunteer lifecycle, including recruitment, screening, matching, orientation, deployment, training, engagement and exit
• Build strong relationships with volunteers, community partners and stakeholders
• Maintain and update volunteer records and database
• Support volunteer programmes and activities involving seniors and the community
• Identify potential volunteer sources and handle volunteer enquiries and feedback
• Support the planning and execution of community events and activities
• Engage seniors and vulnerable individuals and ensure smooth event operations

Requirements

• Min.Diploma with 1 year of experience in the social sector or relevant experience preferred
• Experience in volunteer management, community engagement or event coordination is advantageous
• Passionate about supporting seniors and the community
