Volunteer

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Volunteer at CUPA SHIPPING LLC. The role is based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work to be done from home. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with administrative duties, supporting team members with various projects, performing data entry, and contributing to event planning and organization. The Volunteer will also help maintain company records and provide general office support where needed.

Qualifications

• Data Entry, Administrative Duties, and General Office Support skills
• Project Support, Event Planning, and Organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; currently pursuing higher education is a plus
