Shipping Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Handle import and export documentations.
- Coordinate shipping activities with forwarders, customers, and banks.
- Collaborate with colleagues at regional offices to ensure smooth logistics processes.
- Provide operational support to the reporting officer including managing schedules and assigned tasks.
- Undertake additional duties as required by the reporting officer.
Requirements
- Diploma in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.
- 12 years of experience in shipping or logistics, with administrative experience being a plus.
- Knowledge of TradeNet and LC is an advantage.
