A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Regional HRIS Associate position based in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the SuccessFactors administrator, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and timely updates.
- Support HR teams with operational tasks such as employee data management, reporting, and troubleshooting system issues.
- Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders on system enhancements, integrations, and digitalization projects.
- Assist in user access management, workflow configurations, and testing of new functionalities.
- Provide first-level support to HR users and escalate technical issues when needed.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 13 years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in HR digitalization and system optimization.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with regional stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
