Responsibilities
- Assess and fulfill volunteer needs through recruitment, coordination, training, and retention
- Implement and monitor compliance with volunteer policies and processes
- Plan, develop, and implement senior volunteerism initiatives
- Support volunteer leadership programmes
- Organise volunteer recognition and engagement activities
- Drive recruitment and outreach initiatives, including events and campaigns to promote volunteerism
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate volunteer efforts
- Review and evaluate volunteer management policies and initiatives for improvement
- Build and maintain partnerships with grassroots organisations, corporates, schools, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver community engagement projects
- Develop and manage communication strategies to support community engagement initiatives
- Support fundraising and donor engagement activities
- Maintain and update stakeholder and volunteer databases
- Track and monitor budgets, expenses, and funding for projects
- Provide secretariat support for meetings and prepare reports
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Levels and above.
- Preferably with Advanced / Higher / Certificate in Community & Social Services
