Visual / UI Designer

Job Description & Requirements

Qualifications and Experience We Are Looking For:
. Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial design, human-computer interaction (HCl), graphic design, design research or a related field (or equivalent experience)
. At least 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, internships, or freelance work, with a focus on SaaS systems
. Good with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, or similar industry-standard interaction design and prototyping tools
. Strategic thinker and a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives in your work
. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams such as product strategy, ops, policy etc.
. Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and leadership
. Good understanding of user research methods and the ability to analyse data to inform design decisions.
. Familiarity with usability testing and gathering feedback to improve design quality
. Good communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively
. Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity
. Strong empathy for users and a desire to advocate for their needs
. Desire to learn, adapt and grow in the UX design field

Preferred Qualifications:
. Familiarity with service design and systems thinking
. Experience mentoring junior designers or leading design teams
. Design system experience, with the ability to align designs across different tracks
. Experience working on case management systems or CRM
. Candidates with Salesforce experience
