Vice President/Senior Vice President, Business Development

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with corporate goals and drive sustainable growth.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging markets, industry trends, and potential sectors for expansion.

• Design and execute go-to-market plans for new services, geographic markets, and targeted client segments.

• Lead end-to-end client engagement for major pursuits, including pre-positioning, relationship building, negotiations, and deal closure.

• Oversee bid management activities, including proposal development, submission processes, and presentation delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and competitive positioning.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Real Estate, Engineering, or Construction industry, with exposure to overseas and international markets.

• Knowledge of Economics will be an advantage.

• Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Mature, resilient, and capable of managing challenging situations and projects.

• Willing to travel as required.
