About Everise
Everise is a global AI-powered customer experience company — nearly 30,000 people strong, operating across six markets, trusted by the world's most recognizable brands in healthcare, financial services, insurance, and technology to deliver exceptional CX at scale.
We are not a legacy business trying to modernize. We are a high-growth company that moves at speed, builds with intention, and has earned a seat at the table with clients who demand the best.
Singapore is where our global direction is set. The office is lean. The influence is not.
The Opportunity
This is a singular role. As VP of Human Resources for Singapore, you will report directly to the CEO and sit at the center of a business that operates globally but thinks through this office. Strategy, growth, client decisions, leadership investment — it all moves through here.
While this role is based in Singapore, you are plugged into a global HR function that spans eight markets across three continents. You will collaborate seamlessly with HR leaders in the US, Philippines, India, and Latin America — tapping into global resources, center-of-excellence expertise, and a network of experienced peers who are all building toward the same mission. You won't be building in isolation. You will be building as part of something much larger.
What this role does not have is a local HR team reporting into it — and we want to be direct about that. This is a senior individual contributor role with VP-level authority and direct CEO access. The right person for this seat has the experience to operate independently, the judgment to know when to tap global resources, and the drive to make an outsized impact without needing a team beneath them to do it. We are looking for someone who has carried serious accountability before and knows how to carry it here.
The ideal candidate has built their credibility at names people recognize — large multinationals, regional powerhouses, or brands with serious APAC presence — and has carried that foundation into environments that demanded something different: faster, leaner, more creative, more ownership. You know what enterprise HR looks like from the inside. And you've chosen to step into something more entrepreneurial before.
You are the heartbeat of the organization.
Small office. Global reach. Everything that matters runs through here.
That's the role.
What You'll Do
Be a Business Leader Who Owns the People Function
You'll sit in on strategy conversations, challenge assumptions, push back when the people implications aren't being considered, and bring solutions before problems become crises. The CEO isn't looking for an HR administrator — they're looking for a thought partner.
Shape How Everise Grows Its People in APAC
You'll build the talent strategy for Singapore and connect it to how we think about people across our global footprint. From leadership pipeline to performance culture to how we attract the next generation of talent into this market — that's yours to define and drive.
Build Culture Where It Counts
A lean office running at the pace of a global business needs culture to be intentional, not accidental. You'll set the tone, protect the standards, and make sure this team feels the weight and the reward of what they're part of.
Own the Singapore People Agenda End-to-End
Talent acquisition. Performance. Engagement. Total rewards competitiveness. Compliance. You know this world — we trust you to run it without hand-holding. What we care about is that it works, and that it works in a way that reflects the quality of this business.
Connect the Dots Globally
You'll partner with HR leaders across our US, Philippines, India, and LATAM markets to ensure that what we build in Singapore is coherent with how Everise thinks about people worldwide. You'll bring the APAC perspective into global conversations and carry global standards back into the Singapore operation.
Who You Are
We're not going to give you an exhaustive checklist. But here is what we know about the person who will thrive in this role:
Why This Role
Because if you've spent years being good at HR inside a system that was already built — and you're ready for something where you are the system — this is it.
Because the CEO wants a partner, not a function head. Because the problems here are real and the impact is visible. Because you will never be invisible in this office.
Because Everise is the kind of company that rewards people who bring ideas, take ownership, and make things happen — and this role puts you in the best possible position to do all three.
Our Commitment
Everise is committed to fair and inclusive hiring in accordance with Singapore's Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP). All hiring decisions are merit-based. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds regardless of age, race, religion, gender, disability, or family status.
This role is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
