About the Company
Our client is a leading fire protection engineering and construction company with an established presence in Singapore. As the organisation enters an exciting stage of growth and prepares for a planned IPO, they are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the people strategy and build a robust HR function that supports business expansion, governance, and long-term success.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR Director will be a key member of the leadership team, partnering with senior management to develop a high-performing workforce while strengthening HR governance and organisational capability in preparation for becoming a listed company.
