About the Role
As a Corporate Strategy Vice President or Assistant Vice President, you will work closely with senior leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives that enhance our competitive position and deliver long-term value. You'll analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and lead cross-functional projects that drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine corporate strategy aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking
- Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and business models
- Lead strategic projects from ideation through execution
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning
- Collaborate with business units to drive strategic initiatives and performance tracking
- Prepare high-impact presentations for executive leadership
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–810 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or insurance/financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with insurance markets, products, and regulatory landscape is a plus
