What we ARE looking for in a Venture Partner

• 1) PORTFOLIO or FUND MANAGEMENT experience (non-corporate) at a Venture / Growth Capital, Private Equity Fund, or Family Office i.e. not investment banking or corporate

• 2) VENTURE CAPITAL 'INVESTMENT' TRACK RECORD (incl. Investment Deal Sheet and Exits that can be demonstrated) minimum of 5-10 years

• 3) RELEVANT SECTOR EXPERTISE specifically in Preventative Health, Precision Medicine, Blue Economy, Built Environment, Artificial Intelligence, and/or Deep Tech. Please generic sector expertise not relevant.

• 4) Strong existing Family Office and/or LP relationships (i.e. tested via co-investment, investment etc) or captive capital relevant

• 5) LOCATION: Singapore or Hong Kong only

• 6) 'PARTNER-READY' investment professional with Partner / Executive / Ownership mindset i.e. not simply seeking a job or to be an employee. Strong opportunity for growth quickly within team to potential full-time and/or GP role
