About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Venture Capital Analyst to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will support investment decision-making by conducting market research, evaluating startups, and performing financial and strategic analysis. You will work closely with senior partners to identify promising investment opportunities and help drive portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Evaluate startup business models, financial performance, and growth potential.
- Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on prospective investments.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance, key metrics, and market trends.
- Assist in sourcing new deals, participating in networking events, and building industry relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
- 13 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other regional languages is a plus.
