Position Purpose

Responsible for management vendor relationship, vendor performance and compliance to ensure that the vendors deliver consistent value to the organisation and meet service expectations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Contract Relationship Management: Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Performance compliance monitoring: Manage vendor service performance as per contractual agreement
  • Contract & Document management: Maintenance and tracking of contract repository and renewals
  • Procurement & Cost Optimisation: Facilitate in the negotiation and procurement of vendor services
  • Reporting: Develop and publish vendor scorecards and performance dashboards
  • Operational support: Resolve user software issues to ensure users can utilize the software

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Information Technology or a related field with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, or
  • Diploma Business Administration, Supply Chain or Information Technology, or related field with 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience.

Skills / Knowledge

  • Strong ability to interpret contract terms in relation to performance measurements
  • Familiarity with vendor management tools e.g. SAP
  • Effective time management
